Z-Communications has released its RoHS-compliant voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) in S-Band (1.7GHz to 2.8GHz) for broadband transmission applications. The V600ME20-LF VCO offers low phase noise performance of -96dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset; has an average tuning sensitivity of 113MHz/V; and has a typical harmonic suppression of -20dBc over the -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
Drawing 21mA (typical), the device covers the entire bandwidth from 0.5V to 15V at DC supply voltage of 5 V.
