Comba發表AWS頻寬的3G MCPA（英文內容）

Hong Kong-based Comba Telecom Systems (Comba) has launched what is claimed to be the world's first 3G multi-carrier power amplifier (MCPA) for the Advanced Wireless Services (AWS) band.
It has been developed by Comba's R&D centre in Santa Clara, California for the US market with AWS band (1.7GHz/2.1GHz) as its prevalent 3G standard.
Available in 25W and 50W models, Comba claims that its new 3G MCPA for AWS band boasts the highest power density in the world, and is also compatible with HSDPA and 1xEVDO standards.
The company informed that MCPA enables amplification and integration of multiple carrier signals into a single antenna on base stations, removing the need for multiple antennas of a base station.
