Astrodyne has announced the ASD50 Series modular packaged DC/DC converters that provide an output power of 25 to 50 Watts. The series is designed to meet power conversion requirements in board-level product applications such as data acquisition, communications, and industrial I/O. The ASD50 Series accept a 2:1 wide range input from 9VDC to 72VDC and 24 models are available that provide single outputs from 2.5VDC to 24VDC. Available in 24 models that provide single outputs from 2.5-24 Vdc, Series ASD50 accepts 2:1 input from 9-72 Vdc and is designed to meet power conversion requirements in board-level applications such as data acquisition, communications, and industrial I/O. All models include continuous short circuit protection and internal input filter, as well as 1,500 Vdc I/O isolation. Fully encapsulated with aluminum cases, converters operate from -40 to +100°C.
