ANADIGICS has introduced its 3G High-Efficiency-at- Low-Power (HELP3 wideband CDMA (WCDMA) power amplifiers (PAs). Utilizing adapted analog pre-distortion linearization technology, Multi-Carrier Power Amplifier enables amplification and integration of multiple carrier signals into single antenna on base stations. It features modular design for various power levels and frequencies, supports up to 4 WCDMA carriers, and provides greater than 18% efficiency. The AWT6273, AWT6278, AWT6279 are priced at $2.58 in quantities of 10,000 units. Samples are available now.
