Aethercomm𠏋 Model Number SSPA 0.2-2.0-5 is a broadband, RF solid state amplifier that operates from 200 to 2.0 GHz. This PA is suited for broadband military platforms as well as commercial applications because it is robust and offers high power over a wide bandwidth. This amplifier operates with a baseplate temperature of 65?C with minor degradation in power in gain. The output power will typically be reduced by 0.5 to 0.7 dB with a change in temperature from 25?C to 65?C baseplate. It is packaged in a modular housing that is approximately 4.00 ?6.00 ?1.14 inches including heat sink. This SSPA has a typical P1dB of 35 dBm at room temperature and saturated output power across the band is typically 5.0 W. Standard features include over/under voltage protection, reverse polarity protection and a regulated DC/DC converter. The amplifier offers open and short circuit protection on the output port.
